I recommend this eight-episode Hulu miniseries first and foremost because of Michael Keaton. It's great to see him, and he's a guy who has been choosing his roles very well since his breakthrough in the '90s. Second, because it's almost a documentary of the "epicenter of the fight against opioid addiction in the United States, from the boardroom of Purdue Pharma to a devastated mining community in Virginia, through the offices of the DEA," as the FilmAffinity description reads. And it's exactly that. Several individual stories narrate the disaster that OxyContin caused in the United States. At two episodes a day, you'll finish it in no time.
