The joke only works in English

Today, two for the price of one. A miniseries and a film that share tone and pessimism.

The Architect is a Nordic miniseries about a dystopian future in which artificial intelligences are everywhere and people have to live in underground parking lots because they can't afford a house. In the middle of it all, a girl who wants to succeed in her profession to get a mortgage loan. With a bit of humor, but a lot of hopelessness. It's four 20-minute episodes that you can watch in one sitting.

Corner Office, on the other hand, is a film for very few. A drama about an office worker who sees a door where others insist there's nothing. If I tell you more, I'll ruin it. It's slow and heartbreaking. You've been warned.

If it's not one, it's the other. But surely you'll watch something.
