Writage is a plugin for Microsoft Word that lets you create, edit and save Markdown files (.md, .markdown and .txt). Thanks to the add-on you'll avoid the work of manipulating the Markdown editors and in this way you can convert your .doc files into a Markdown file.
To convert documents, you need to have "Pandoc" installed on your computer.
Installation
Once you download the plugin from its official website, you have to run the .msi file, and during installation the presence of Pandoc is checked, to then finish installing the plugin.
Working with Markdown in Microsoft Word
Its use is very simple: once you open the Word document, choose any Markdown file and edit it from the processor.
You can also save any .doc file in Markdown format, just choose the format "Markdown" in "Type".
As you can see, both opening and editing, as well as creating or saving Markdown files is a very simple task. And all in a very easy-to-use environment that doesn't require the user to know the syntax language.
