Yun-Ta Tsai said on October 11, 2026, that Grok Bot was enabled on all Cybercabs and the rest of the Model Y fleet. His post on X states the fleet scope; separate reports describe voice-controlled tasks and what happens when a ride ends.

What the fleet announcement covered

Tsai’s October 11 post named all Cybercabs and the remaining Model Y fleet. It followed an earlier post about a fix for a Grok Bot access issue: on October 9, Tsai said the issue would be fixed in an upcoming update and that he had been testing it daily (October 9 post). TeslaNorth described the issue as Cybercab riders being unable to reach their Grok Bots from Grok (TeslaNorth’s account).

Voice tasks reported during rides

DiarioBitcoin and CryptoBriefing report that passengers can use voice commands and Connectors—links between Grok Bot and a rider’s accounts and apps—to request tasks such as sending email, adding products to an Amazon cart, and ordering coffee (DiarioBitcoin; CryptoBriefing). These are examples described in those reports.

Both outlets also report that a passenger logs in once and the session closes automatically when the ride ends.
