For a few weeks we've been recommending add-ons for Google Docs, and we thought you might benefit from a calculator integrated into the environment.
With this calculator you can perform basic operations; if you need complex operations, this utility is not what you're looking for.
Once downloaded from its official page, it will be added to the 'Add-ons' menu in Google Docs. To display the plugin's interface on the left side, just click on 'Add-ons', 'Calculator', and 'Start'.
As we mentioned earlier, the calculator can only solve basic operations such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication (extremely basic). If you need square roots or solving equations, we recommend another add-on.
But the good thing about the tool is having the calculator in the same workspace in Google Docs, so while you are writing you can solve math operations without needing to open your operating system's calculator.
