The image of the Statue of Liberty buried in the sand and the cult of the atomic bomb are truly behind us, aren't they? In fact, many admit that the Planet of the Apes reboot surpasses the original stories in every way. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes takes us almost 300 years into the future, where the descendants of Caesar's oasis begin to fight for power... while hunting humans.
The difference will come through an unusual team: a chimpanzee named Noa (Owen Teague), and a wild human girl named Nova (Freya Allan). The most interesting part? "Kingdom" would be the start of a new trilogy. (May 10)
