Fused is a powerful photo editor that features the option to fuse two images. But one of the highlights is that all tasks are done in a simple and fast environment.
All actions of the tool can be done with the mouse, and you don't need advanced knowledge to do great work.
Once you download the program from the Windows Store, you'll see its simple interface and can immediately add an image to start making changes.
To fuse images, you'll observe at the bottom two containers from which you'll have to add the two photos; you can drag and drop, take a photo from the camera, or go to an image collection (there are free and commercial options).
Then you can center the photo with the mouse and accept the file; now you'll have to repeat the action with the second photo.
By default, photos don't need to have the same dimensions because the tool adapts them, but we recommend they be of the same format (landscape, square, etc.).
At the top of the photos you'll find some functions like 'Blend', where you can add effects and manipulate them (free and commercial).
You can also customize brightness, contrast, exposure, or use the 'Masking' or 'Arrange' option, where you'll find many more functions to make a great fusion. When the work is done, you can save it in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format, or share it on Facebook, OneNote, or via email, among other options.
Everything seemed very easy and pretty to us, until we saved the image and saw a watermark on it—another silly move from Microsoft's businesspeople. The tool also doesn't work as an individual image editor; you're forced to upload two images to activate the editors.
Fused is a free program available for Windows 10.
