ENTER.CO reported that Google announced an enterprise-focused Gemini agent on October 8, 2026, intended to coordinate tasks across connected business applications. The report says the agent could organize steps and use connected tools, extending beyond answering questions or drafting and summarizing content. Read ENTER.CO’s report.

The services and work it could coordinate

ENTER.CO named Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce and ServiceNow among the services, alongside development tools and databases. It described the agent as a way for employees to delegate processes through a single interface.

One possible workflow would gather information from company systems, analyze internal data and prepare documents from the results. ENTER.CO framed that as a use case dependent on the connected applications, granted permissions and instructions.

Controls for access and usage

The report says each agent would have its own identity and assigned permissions. Administrators could restrict access to selected documents, services and activities, while an audit history would record actions and the identity under which the agent acted.

Organizations could also set usage limits at the project level and select different AI models for tasks. If a process reached its limit, it could pause until an administrator authorized it to continue.
