GRAVITY Nu is an application for visualizing the effects of gravitational force between objects. With the tool you can calculate and predict data (position and velocity) in the past or in the future, between mass and object. This way you can set the initial position and initial velocity vector at some initial time. The calculated data is shown in SI units (International System of Units), seconds, meters, kg, meters/second, etc.
Getting Started
Once you download the application from its official website, you will see the utility's controls at the top and a large black screen. To open a project, you can click on “OPEN PROJECT” and select a project file in .txt format, or you can enter the project data directly from its interface.
There are no limitations when inserting parameters and objects (they behave the same way as in the real world). The position data is defined in (x, y, z), the velocity components and data in (x, y, z), and the vector components in the Cartesian coordinate system or rectangular coordinates (a type of orthogonal coordinates used in Euclidean spaces) in X, Y, Z.
GRAVITY Nu is a very good tool for calculating the trajectories and movements of objects regardless of their masses or distances, allowing you to estimate the probable gravitational behaviors of both objects (from small ones to planets). The application will show you data on the object's current velocity and position and will represent the gravitational acceleration. Then the utility will show animated gravity simulations by clicking the play button. (You can adjust the simulations by manipulating the frames per second).
In our test, the utility worked perfectly, and during the download we did not find any malicious software. GRAVITY Nu is a free application that is available for the Windows operating system.
