When you first run Fido, PowerShell will throw up a security prompt, but let the script continue. The rest is as simple as choosing the Windows type (either Windows 10 or Windows 8.1), the version (very useful in case of downgrade), the edition (Home/Pro are unified, the other build is Education), the language, and the architecture. Confirm with a click on Download, and specify the path to store the ISO image.
