How One Pro works
Once you register on the One Pro website, you will see its dashboard that shows a calendar, along with all your tasks about to expire. This is very good because it gives you an overview of the work to do. Below the calendar you will see a summary of your work, clients, and billing.

Billings & Invoicing
Once the budget for each job has been added, you can quickly generate the invoice from this section. Simply select the client, choose the type of work you did, and generate the invoice with its taxes. Then you can track the payment of the invoice:

- Sent First Notice
- Sent Second Notice
- Sent Third Notice
- Paid
- Invalidated
One Pro is a comprehensive client management tool and billing that is ideal for a small or medium business. The platform has tracking and alerts.
