I don't know, but one thing is certain: the results range from funny to absolutely terrifying, amplified by the horrible look that some tattoos have in the first place. The story began thanks to a new series of filters for mobile apps. Snapchat threw the first stone, and everyone else started running after. People are swapping their faces with practically anything in their path: Dolls, food, car wheels, babies, cats, dogs… the list goes on. And within that package appear tattoos, with special emphasis on tattoos that we can undoubtedly consider as "badly done". The Snapchat filter does what it can against these aberrations, but if it had a will of its own, I think it would ask for immediate retirement. Not convinced?
