Nintendo has scheduled Pikmin 4 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy for November 12, 2026. In its new Dandori Academy mode, exams run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with one attempt per exam. Nintendo says the mode will roll out 72 stages across three difficulty levels.
How Dandori Academy exams work
Each stage challenges players to collect treasure efficiently, and performance earns medals. The three difficulty levels let players choose challenges suited to their skill level. Exams recur each Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but there’s no retry within an exam: each allows one attempt.
Other features in the Switch 2 edition
Players can give Oatchi voice commands using the Nintendo Switch 2’s built-in microphone. Nintendo also describes enhanced high-resolution visuals in both TV and handheld modes.
Dandori Battles will support GameShare for local or online play through GameChat, including play with someone who doesn’t own the game.
