The second option lets you enable alerts to know if someone else tries to log in to your account, whether from a device or a browser. When you turn on the alert, you'll receive notifications in your Facebook account or by email.

Protect your password

The last option is mostly recommendations to protect your password, something you should already know, but it never hurts to be reminded.
