Review your login sessions
This option allows you to log out of devices (smartphones, tablets) that you haven't used in a while or that you forgot were connected. By doing this, you'll stop those sessions from accessing your account.
Enable login alerts
The second option lets you enable alerts to know if someone else tries to log in to your account, whether from a device or a browser. When you turn on the alert, you'll receive notifications in your Facebook account or by email.
Protect your password
The last option is mostly recommendations to protect your password, something you should already know, but it never hurts to be reminded. Tips such as never share your password or avoid common words that can be easy to guess (your password should be hard to guess, something we always say) and avoid using the same Facebook password on another website. In this same section you have the option to change your password if you wish.
