Jump Force, developed by Bandai Namco, will bring together characters from Dragon Ball, Naruto, One Piece, Hunter X, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, and the recently added Yugi (Yu-Gi-Oh) and company. This new installment, which combines several manga from the weekly magazine Shōnen Jump, promises to be the definitive video game of the franchise, and each character announcement makes it even more enticing.
Seiya and Shiryu Join the Roster
The rumor about the inclusion of some Saint Seiya characters was almost a given, and today it has been confirmed. Both Seiya and Shiryu will be part of the roster of heroes and villains in Jump Force. The characters created by Masami Kurumada will have their most iconic attacks and techniques, and will also be able to use the golden armors.
More Characters on the Way
Bandai Namco has announced that it will expand the roster in the coming months, so we can expect more of these micro-reveals like the ones we've seen recently. The game will run on Unreal Engine 4, and according to the company, its goal is to achieve much more competitive and polished mechanics than its predecessors Battle Stadium D.O.N (2006) and J-Stars Victory Vs (2014).
