The 2018 edition of Computex is now behind us. The new products were relatively few, and from some points of view you could say it was full of disappointments, but if we have to choose something to highlight, it's the extraordinary parade of special cases and experimental designs. The folks at PC Gamer walked the aisles of the expo with their camera, discovering an excess of liquid cooling, immersion solutions, open platforms, spiral tubing, and more RGB than you can imagine.
This may not be enough to cover Intel's "28 cores at 5 GHz" lie, or the fact that Nvidia didn't announce new graphics cards when much of the industry expected it to, but the cases allow us to appreciate the creativity (and audacity) of some companies in their exhibits.
