Hayao Miyazaki. An inexhaustible genius, a master like few others, and probably the best anime director. His works have conquered the world, breaking down the barriers of age and language, and always leaving us wanting more. The visual quality of his films is formidable, and if there is something that reflects it powerfully, it is... the food. His characters eat from traditional dishes to the most exotic sweets, and a fan with the username En93kitchen on Instagram had the brilliant idea of recreating all those delicacies in real life.
It is worth noting that En93kitchen's efforts are not limited to Hayao's works. They also extend to those of his son Goro, and to projects like the excellent film Kimi no Na wa by Makoto Shinkai (which we will include in this list).
