I was hungry and alone, so I threw a can of mackerel, half a jar of mayonnaise, an avocado and some chopped tomato into a container. I mixed it all furiously and put the mixture between two slices of white bread. No lie, it took me three minutes to prepare. The tastiest thing I've made in such a short time.
