With the Visual Dump I don't aim for much: if a couple of you leave happy, that's enough. That's why I take the time to look at images until my eyes bleed, always selecting what I consider the best for display. Something hand-curated, as they say these days. At least, a little treat for anyone wandering by. Plus, a movie recommended by a reader that left me stunned. Enjoy!
Movie Recommendation: Criando Ratas
In the words of Monty Python, "now for something completely different." Because that's Criando Ratas, something totally different. A movie that, in the words of Wikipedia, has "influences of quinqui cinema, the Dogma 95 movement, and Italian neorealism." And it doesn't lie. I even learned about the existence of Spanish quinqui cinema, which never reached these lands, and which fascinates me. Directed by Carlos Salado and designed to be freely shared on the networks. So here's the link.
Many thanks to the reader who recommended this beautiful madness. I don't remember who you are, and I don't intend to look, but you should know that I carry you in my heart.
