This is not a movie for just anyone, but for my fellow "VHS archaeologists" looking for 80s gems they may have missed at the time. Directed by Sean S. Cunningham, the same as "Friday The 13th", The New Kids is a dark movie from the era's catalog. It's about two orphans who move to another city and are harassed by a local gang that declares war on them. Things escalate, escalate, escalate, until ending with a finale full of blood and massacres. I REPEAT: if you're not into 80s cinema, this is not a movie you'll particularly enjoy over another. But if you're a fan of the genre and those years, you'll love it.
