W10 All Settings: How to Easily Access All System Options in Windows 10

Many users still feel uncomfortable with the settings section in Windows 10. Some options available in the classic Control Panel disappeared without notice, or were completely reclassified. Of course, nothing stops us from creating shortcuts to the most relevant functions, but a new application called W10 All Settings does the heavy lifting for us, installing a small menu in the system tray.

Everything seems to indicate that Microsoft is going to postpone (again) the launch of its next major version of Windows 10, known as 1903, until the end of May. There is no longer any doubt that the semi-annual cycle that Redmond "self-imposed" is chaos, and the company, absolutely engrossed in its vision of "Windows as a service", fails to meet its own goals. We all want the best possible operating system, and if a delay helps fix bugs, then we will accept it. However, that means Microsoft must delay other fixes in Windows 10, especially at the interface level. The settings menu is not the most intuitive in the world, some functions are difficult to find, and the fact that it downgraded the classic Control Panel to an "application" does not help at all. Access All System Options in Windows 10 with W10 All Settings

This new development from the WinTools team places a small menu in the system tray. Through it we can access eleven different configuration categories: Accounts, Apps & Features, Devices, Accessibility (Display), Game Bar, Internet & Network, Personalization, Privacy, System, Date & Time, and Update & Security. Then it offers shortcuts to the classic Control Panel, and the always useful God Mode (which we can activate manually without using software). The rest of the options are concentrated on personalization. Light or Dark Mode, transparencies, Start menu color and taskbar color (active or inactive) are part of the package.

W10 All Settings debuted yesterday on the official WinTools page, and is at version 1.0. I have not noticed any errors during testing, and its portable profile is definitely welcome. The only technical details to highlight are that VirusTotal reports two false positives against the .exe file of W10 All Settings, and Windows 10 will present a SmartScreen warning before running it for the first time.
