In a world where we're all content creators and constantly feeding the beast with images and memes, sometimes you have to pause, take a deep breath, and salvage something from all that chaos. That's what the Weekly Visual Dump is about, but it clearly doesn't fulfill its purpose: it just adds more noise to the chaos. Sorry about that, but at least enjoy it.

In 1922, at the University of Toronto, scientists went to a hospital ward with diabetic children, most of them in comas and dying of "diabetic ketoacidosis." Imagine a room full of parents sitting at the edge of the bed waiting for the inevitable death of their child. The scientists went from bed to bed and injected the children with the new purified extract, insulin. When they began to inject the last sick child, the first injected child began to wake up. So one by one, all the children woke from their diabetic comas. A room of death and sadness became a place of joy and hope. Thank you, Dr. Banting and Dr. Best!

Again with a series, but this one is well worth it. It covers everything behind the leak of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee's intimate video to the world. A before, during, and after where we not only learn all the juicy little secrets but also how much the event affected the couple. All the actors are very good, and it's a short miniseries that can be watched in two or three sittings. Recommended!
