Fortunately, I wasn't the only one who was thrilled by the video game demake concept art gallery. It was a quite visited and very well rated article. And while surfing from one side of the web to the other, looking for content to feed that beast, I came across the brilliant art of AlbertoV, which deserves a gallery of its own. This gallery.
Alberto is a pixel artist from Spain, a fan of 16-bit console games and 90s arcades. When he's not making art for his own games under the DYA GAMES brand, whose videos accompany this article, he turns out astonishing tributes to his favorite games. Of all those works, the ones I liked the most (not to say the best, because all his works are excellent) are the ones that follow below, in a selection for wonder and nostalgia.
