Midjourney is undoubtedly the most popular option for generating images with artificial intelligence, but most users burn through their trial in record time, and the minimum subscription is $10 per month, or $100 for the annual plan. The public is crying out for a free version of Midjourney, and the closest thing to that is found in BlueWillow. This service works in the same way as Midjourney and accepts some of its commands, but the big difference is that its subscriptions are optional, and it doesn't bring severe limitations.

All arrows point in the direction of BlueWillow, which is making a lot of noise with its free profile, and a general experience almost identical to Midjourney.
How to Use BlueWillow, the Free Alternative to Midjourney
All you need to enter BlueWillow is a Discord account, but using its app is not mandatory: BlueWillow works perfectly in the browser, without installing additional software. The rest is a matter of entering one of its rookie channels (any will do), typing the /imagine command, and the prompt of the image you want.
The official documentation of BlueWillow mentions three special commands in prompts: '--no' injects a negative condition, '--ar' changes the aspect ratio for images (the standard is 1:1), and '--v' activates previous versions of the model. Version 3 is the default, while version 4 is in early access for subscribers. I have also tested commands like '--quality' and '--chaos'. The system didn't reject them, but I can't confirm with certainty if they are working.
Obviously, the strongest aspect of BlueWillow is its free nature, however, I should mention that its subscription is cheaper than Midjourney's. The basic entry point costs $3 per month, and that already enables both access to version 4 and the generation of five images per cycle (which will be implemented very soon).
