BS1 Enterprise Accounting is an accounting application that allows you to perform inventory, sales analysis, payment verification by bank or cash, general accounting and debt rescheduling. One of the tool's strong points is its adaptation to any screen, making it very useful when working with any device.
Once you download the application from its official page, you will see its simple interface based on shortcuts. On the left side of the interface you will see a dropdown menu from which you will find all the platform options such as AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Sales Analysis and Sales Orders. In all cases, icons will be displayed from which you will access the functions (on the right).
Let's take the "Sales Orders" option as an example and we will find the "Customers" option from which you will have all the information about your customers (you can insert and edit), including the economic balance. In "Orders" you can enter orders and quotations that you can change their status if the client approves the budget.
In "Shipments" you will control the orders and in "Reports" you can control the different reports (4 types of reports).
You can also find statistics, history, information about sellers, inventory control and budget control, customers and payments.
In all cases you can print, search, import, export and sort the information, making it easier to find information in its database. You can also update the platform through the "BS1 Professional" and "BS1 Enterprise" environments from which you will have the options to invoice in real time and make manufacturing orders (all these options are commercial).
