Carnival VR: A Virtual Reality Game Fair

The Carnival Games Legacy

Carnival Games is a franchise from Cat Daddy Games that was very successful nine years ago when it came out for Wii and Nintendo DS. The title consists of a series of mini-games (very common on those platforms) set in a game fair. But if you didn't have the chance to play it then, don't worry because Cat Daddy Games has just released its virtual reality game fair with Carnival Games VR on HTC Vive and PlayStation VR.

Oculus Rift users have nothing to worry about, as a trailer has just been released with the launch date.

The Fair Experience

Carnival Games VR immerses you in the fair atmosphere, where the barker attracts your attention, you interact with park visitors and walk through the four themed streets of the fair with their respective game rooms. There are twelve mini-games ranging from throwing basketballs in Basketball Hoops, climbing a castle in the Climbing Wall, to going through a Shooting Gallery, among other attractions.

Each winning game rewards you with coupons to exchange for virtual prizes or unlock another game. All prizes are stored in a game room where you can unlock unique achievements.

Social Fun with Friends

But the best of Carnival Games VR is the social appeal, where you can compete with your friends to see who gets the most points in each game. In fact, all scores are saved on an online scoreboard. So don't hesitate, if you want to be the life of the party, nothing better than playing Carnival Games VR with your friends to have a blast.

Carnival Games VR is being developed by Cat Daddy Games and will be available on Oculus Rift starting December 6, 2016.
