Some of the vehicles we've seen in science fiction movies are unforgettable. Hard to confuse the DeLorean of Marty and Doc, or the V8 Interceptor from Mad Max. In fact, not long ago we shared a gallery with the festival of nuts and wheels that paraded through Fury Road, but today we have more. Blade Runner, Back to the Future, Death Race 2000 and even Terminator: Salvation have a place in this new gallery based on the exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
That exhibit is called "Hollywood Dream Machines: Vehículos de Ciencia Ficción y Fantasía", and it will be the largest to celebrate the museum's 25th anniversary. There are more than 40 cars, trucks, motorcycles and hybrids in total, and although some don't belong to science fiction movies, they deserve to be highlighted (for example, the Probe 16 / Durango 95 from A Clockwork Orange). Unfortunately, the exhibit is only open to the public for today and tomorrow, but at least we keep these fabulous photographs. Enjoy!
