Getting Started with Super
Viewing Ultra HD or 3D video is booming right now, which is why in this tutorial we'll show you how to convert 2D video into 3D. You'll also be able to convert images and audio.
We'll be using Super, a platform that also lets you view 3D videos and create IFO and BUP files.
Once you download the program from its official site, you'll notice that its interface is really complicated, full of options, but with this tutorial we'll help you simplify this task.
Understanding the Interface
You'll see five modules from which you can manipulate various options. In the first module you can select the codec; in the second you can choose whether you want to convert a video from 2D to 3D, the aspect ratio, bitrate, frames per second, and quality, among other options. In the third module you'll find audio options; in the fourth, the video and audio output (3GP (Nokia/NEC), 3GP/3G2 (Motorola, Sony), ASF, AVI, DV, FLV/SWF (Flash), MKV, MOV, MP4, AAC, AMR, ACF, MP3, M4A, Android (MP4), Apple (MP4), Blackberry (MP4), Nintendo-DS (DPG), Microsoft-Xbox (MP4), Xvid, Quicktime Animation (lossless), IMA 4:1, etc.). And in the fifth you'll add the videos you want to convert (it supports drag and drop).
As you can see, the platform has countless functions to customize the output video, and if you need more options, you can right-click on the interface and access the mentioned services and other extras.
Now that you have added the multimedia file to the utility and all the custom parameters, we can begin the task of 2D to 3D conversion.
Converting Your Video
At the bottom you'll find several buttons; with the Encode button you'll get a converted video with the characteristics of your configuration.
Once the render is finished, you'll need to click on the Preview The Last Rendered File button and a viewer will open.
Additional Features
The environment also allows you to extract audio from a video without conversion or encoding, or create IFO and BUP files with .vob output extension, make a streaming copy, and split files into smaller ones, among many other options.
Verdict
Super is really a very good platform for convert 2D video to 3D video, with very powerful options. We also highlight its fast rendering and excellent quality.
Other functions of the utility are its 3D video player or a 3D video recorder (it doesn't work for me.stories stunning).
Super is a free program available for Windows. In our VirusTotal scan we found no threat, and scanning with Avast also found none, but during installation Avast gave us an alert. Based on our investigation and use of the platform, we can assure you that it is a false alert or harmless alert. (It's programming code that is taken as a threat.)
