To correct the perspective of the photo, you will need to draw a rectangular region and correct the angle, then you can save the file in JPG or PDF format.

Perspective image correction is a program that corrects the perspective of images. Like the previous platform, you will need to draw a rectangle on the photo and from the drawing correct the angle of the photo. But if you want to do a manual correction, you can do it by manipulating the X–Y coordinates. When you finish the work, you can export it in JPG, PNG and BMP formats. The program is freely available for Windows operating systems.
ShiftN
ShiftN is a program that fixes tilted images (not perspectives). Thanks to its intelligent tools, you can straighten the photo automatically. The environment uses intelligent algorithms (lines and other parameters) to detect the rotation angle of the input image.
GIMP
GIMP is a powerful image editing platform that has become the free alternative to Adobe Photoshop. From the “Perspective tool”, you can correct the perspective of skewed or incorrectly taken images. But the process is quite complex, so we will explain it to you: When adding the image in GIMP, you will need to align the lines on the object to correct (a basic example is the Leaning Tower of Pisa). At this point, activate the “Perspective tool”. On the corners, the tool will activate and with the cursor you should correct the tilt until you achieve the straightening you are looking for. Then you will need to click the “Transform” button (from the dialog box). All that remains is to activate the crop tool to crop what is left over from the photograph and save the corrected image on your computer.
With the programs to correct the perspective of an image, you will have very good platforms to correct the cameraman's mistake. We recommend GIMP, even though it is more complicated than other options, it is the most complete tool with the best finish.
