How to create a product catalog in WhatsApp?
The "Catalog" service works the same way as creating stories or statuses. What you need to build the catalog are: product images, a brief description, and a URL link.
Within WhatsApp Business, you'll need to go to the "Business settings" option. From there, you'll upload product images, the long and short descriptions, details, and the link. Once the WhatsApp Business catalog is created, the service will verify it and then publish it on your profile (if it complies with the rules).
