This week's recommended games have a little bit of everything: Champions – The Last Defense for tower defense fans, Larry and the Gnomes for action and adventure seekers, and Dungeons Idlers, a super addictive idle RPG.
You Are the Victim
You Are the Victim: A very original game where you play as a serial killer who must convince the public of their innocence. To achieve this, you fill a threat meter by attacking people while avoiding being caught on camera. As the meter fills, people become frightened and act more aggressively toward you. At that moment, you must position yourself in front of the camera while you become the victim of a violent attack. The goal is to reach 1200 points, a far from easy task. The only way to master and win at You Are the Victim is to record your death on camera.
Champions – The Last Defense
A tower defense game where you must stop hordes of enemies and prevent any from crossing the defense line. In Champions – The Last Defense, you have three characters: a druid, a shaman, and a warrior. Each of these brave characters has special abilities (the shaman can heal allies and slow enemies, while the warrior can paralyze with his attacks, etc.). During battle, defeated enemies drop valuable items that you can equip on your characters; they also gain experience to level up and unlock new abilities. With the three of them and their powers, you are the kingdom's last line of defense. Become a legend!
Larry and the Gnomes
A great action-adventure game. Larry and the Gnomes begins when the King gives Larry the task of clearing the kingdom of Karryon from gnomes that keep causing chaos everywhere. The adventure unfolds across four acts, with thirteen levels total and four bosses to defeat. In each level, you face dozens of enemies using various weapons you find along the way. Avoid traps and collect all the gems and candies hidden in the stage. Without a doubt, you're looking at an instant classic, with excellent graphics, well-designed levels, epic boss fights, and a story that hooks you from the start.
Rescue Brigade
Rescue Brigade: Rescue those affected by a disaster that needs the Rescue Brigade! Put on your firefighter uniform and head out to save everyone who needs help. In Rescue Brigade, you must stay alert and move quickly to where people jumping from burning buildings will land so you can save them. But be careful: each death decreases the tolerance bar, and if it empties, you lose. Fortunately, you have power-ups like an energy recharger for that bar or a larger mat; there are also obstacles, like burning objects that threaten people and the mat. In each level, you must save a certain number of people to earn points and buy upgrades for your firefighters.
Dungeons Idlers
An idle game, one of those that play even when you're not playing. Dungeons Idlers is an RPG where your character is locked in a dungeon by a warlock. Your goal is to escape while overcoming various obstacles. The gameplay is dungeon exploration style, where you can let your warriors roam the labyrinthine dungeon full of dangers on their own. You can intervene in fights by clicking on enemies to drain their energy or on your character to restore their health bar. Occasionally, monsters drop weapons when they die that you can equip your warrior with. Fun if you like this kind of game.
