SUSE announced an expansion of its portfolio for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including plans to make its entire stack available through Oracle Marketplace. The company’s October 28, 2026, release also names mixed-Linux management, agentic-AI workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP), and a developing role for SUSE AI Factory.

What SUSE plans to offer through OCI

SUSE says it plans to make its full stack available through Oracle Marketplace as part of its broader OCI portfolio expansion. The announcement also describes ways to manage Linux workloads and transact for SUSE solutions using Oracle credits.

Managing mixed Linux workloads

SUSE says Multi-Linux Manager (MLM) and Multi-Linux Support (MLS) can be used with OCI workloads to oversee and operate mixed Linux distributions and versions through a unified portal. That puts management of a mixed Linux estate in one place, as described by the company.

MCP workflows and Oracle credits

SUSE names agentic-AI workflows using MCP among the capabilities associated with its OCI offering. It also says customers can use existing Oracle Universal Credits to transact for SUSE solutions, with a consolidated single-invoice experience.

SUSE AI Factory is a developing OCI direction

SUSE describes AI Factory as building toward a complete portfolio on OCI. Its intended design connects developer workstations to OCI Compute for model training, augmentation, and inference. SUSE outlines two possible roles: an orchestration layer within existing environments, or a complete managed full-stack solution.

The company’s release says its future-product information is not a commitment to deliver functionality or a schedule. AI Factory’s described OCI roles are therefore plans, rather than a delivery commitment.
