The 2015 San Diego Comic-Con edition has ended, but it has certainly left us with very nice and interesting things. One of them is the trailers for the second part of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay that urge us to join Katniss's revolution. What are you waiting for to join?
During the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con, Jennifer Lawrence was present with her companions Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, the main stars of the Hunger Games film series. On this occasion, they presented two new trailers that mark the conclusion of this story with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2. These trailers act as propaganda videos that ask the citizens of District 13 to join the revolution against the tyranny of the Capitol. The scene takes place in a warehouse in District 13 where a group of rebel soldiers dressed all in white begin a military-style team routine, as if marching. Young Katniss appears in a red suit while flanked by the soldiers who have joined the cause of the rebel, who show it by saluting with the famous gesture of District 12.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 concludes this epic story where the fate of the citizens of Panem is at stake with the final battle that Katniss, at the head of the rebel group, will lead against the tyranny of the Capitol and President Snow. Although the rebels now control most of the nation, Katniss still has to overcome a last challenge to overthrow the Capitol at the risk of losing her friends. Will she succeed? The cast remains intact with Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss), Josh Hutcherson (Peeta), Liam Hemsworth (Gale), Woody Harrelson (Haymitch), Elizabeth Banks (Effie), Julianne Moore (Alma Coin), Philip Seymour Hoffman (Plutarch), and Donald Sutherland (Snow), among others. Produced by Color Force and Lionsgate, with a script by Danny Strong and Peter Craig, the film will be directed by Francis Lawrence (Mockingjay – Part 1). The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 is scheduled for release on November 20, 2015, and will be available in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D.
