Klondyke is an online farm simulator developed by Vizor Interactive, with an active community of players. Released in 2014 for the Facebook social network and later adapted for browsers, Klondyke takes place in the Valley of the Blue Peaks, where your duty is to find your father lost on an expedition. Believing he is still alive and armed only with a few cards he left as your only clue, it is known that the expedition headed inland, toward the far and deep east. Fortunately, the young adventurer has found the place his father described in his last letter, and that is where the search begins.
The adventure begins in the Valley of the Blue Peaks, where an Eskimo known as Eco Triste will guide you through the basics of the game before you dive into the main missions of Klondyke. In these lands you must raise cattle and poultry to survive. In turn, you will have to feed the birds by making feeders to later collect the eggs they hatch and milk the cows to get milk. You will also learn that trees, stones, and shrubs will provide you with valuable resources and treasures.
Once you have learned the basic mechanics of Klondyke, it is time to do your first mission: fix the sawmill to produce logs and build sturdy houses. For this you need a specific amount of items (in this case ropes, boards, and nails) that fortunately you already have on hand in your inventory. You just have to select the point marked on the map and that’s it. The sawmill is important so that lumberjacks can cut large trees without wasting your energy. It is important to know that every action your character performs consumes energy points. Once this is done, more missions will appear that you can start to complete.
