How to cancel a paid Muse plan
Use the same platform, account, and device type you used when subscribing. Deleting the app or signing out won’t stop billing.
- If you subscribed in the Muse app: Open your profile picture, then choose Menu → Settings → Manage subscription.
- Select Cancel: Choose Cancel, then confirm with Yes, cancel.
- If you subscribed on the web: Open Menu → Settings → Manage subscription, choose Cancel, and confirm with Yes, cancel.
- If you subscribed through Apple or Google: Cancel through the same store account you used to purchase the plan.
What happens after you cancel
Your Muse benefits remain active until the current billing cycle ends. Meta says it does not issue a credit or partial refund unless required by law. Make sure the cancellation is completed through the original purchase platform; removing the app or signing out is not enough.
Why easier cancellation matters
