On November 2, 2026, Eurogamer reported that S-Game announced more than four million copies of Phantom Blade Zero sold in its first 72 hours on sale. The combined total spans Steam, PlayStation 5 and Tencent’s China-exclusive PC launcher WeGame, so it is not a Steam-only sales count.
Steam’s player peak measures activity, not sales
Eurogamer reported more than 431,000 concurrent Steam players at launch and a peak of 833,921. Concurrent players are people playing at the same time; the count measures player activity, not copies purchased. Eurogamer called Phantom Blade Zero Steam’s biggest launch of 2026 so far in its November 2 report.
Pre-release wishlists count interest
Before the game’s release, 3DJuegos reported more than three million wishlists across PlayStation 5, Steam and Epic Games Store. A wishlist records interest, not a completed purchase, so it is a separate measure from the sales total.
