Notyfy: All Your Social Media Notifications in One Place

Notyfy is an extension for the Google Chrome and Firefox web browsers that lets you add all the notifications from your social networks in one place. Of course, to receive notifications you will have to log in to each of your networks in the browser where you installed the add-on. The environment updates automatically with your networks. Some of the platforms you can add are: Gmail, Facebook, Quora, Twitter, Reddit, Medium, StackOverflow, LinkedIn, Product Hunt and GitHub.

Using Notyfy

First, install Notyfy in your default web browser. From then on, you'll be able to check your social media notifications from Chrome or Firefox. Notifications will appear on the right side of the browser.

Now you'll need to log in to each of your networks from your browser so that the tool informs you of notifications in real time. It doesn't matter if you're in another tab, window, or session. The only downside of the utility is that it only supports the following networks: Gmail, Facebook, Quora, Twitter, Reddit, Medium, StackOverflow, LinkedIn, Product Hunt and GitHub.

To open Notyfy's sidebar and check the notifications, click on the environment's icon (located in the taskbar). There you'll see the notifications from today, yesterday, the week, and so on.

The tool also classifies each social network with a specific color. For example, light blue for LinkedIn, dark blue for Facebook, orange for Reddit, and so on. When you click on a notification, Notyfy redirects you to that social network's webpage. You can also ignore the notification.

In short, Notyfy offers a great way to have all your notifications concentrated in your web browser. If you work with different social networks or constantly receive notifications from clients and friends, this service will make your life much easier.
