The world surrounding Captain America is overloaded with politics and interests diametrically opposed to what that hero represents. Steve Rogers' actions against corrupt officials are well documented, but now it's Sam Wilson's turn, and his enemies seem formidable.
More than three years have passed since The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Its ending was quite short, but Captain America: Brave New World will seek to reignite the spark, and there are many familiar names. Liv Tyler and Tim Blake Nelson return to their roles in The Incredible Hulk (Betty Ross and Samuel Sterns), Giancarlo Esposito appears in the equation, Carl Lumbly returns as Isaiah Bradley, and the most important change, Harrison Ford replaces the late William Hurt (who passed away in March 2022) in the role of Thaddeus Ross... and probably, a certain gentleman in red.
