Pushline is an extension for the Google Chrome browser that lets you receive Android notifications on your computer. This way, when you get a new message, a call, alerts from social networks or Android on your smartphone, you can see it immediately on your computer.
But the tool goes a little further because you can also reply to messages, accept or reject calls, among other options.
Once you've installed the extension in your browser from its official page, all you have to do is sync your mobile device with your computer.
Now go to your phone and install Pushline from Google Play. The platform will provide you with a code that you'll need to enter into the extension installed on your computer. (You'll need to accept notifications on your phone for this tool.)
At this point, go to the top-right corner of Chrome on your computer, click on the utility's icon, and in the pop-up window enter the code you obtained on your phone.
Once the synchronization process is complete, you'll start receiving your mobile device notifications on your computer from the Google Chrome web browser. (You'll need to hover the mouse cursor over the utility's icon.)
From the desktop platform, you can dial a number to make a call, send an SMS, enable lost device search, and receive all kinds of alerts and notifications.
The utility is truly a great option to sync your phone with your computer. Although it's in beta and may not sync perfectly at times, it worked very well in our tests.
Pushline is a free extension available for Windows and Mac OS X.
