Season 11 of The X-Files is in full swing and has been very well received so far. While there are still doubts about the future due to Gillian Anderson's departure from the series, Chris Carter seems convinced that it could continue without her. Meanwhile, we have something special for our readers: an unforgettable series of photographs from the '90s featuring David and Gillian, shot by David LaChapelle, which basically manages to stir fan minds like yogurt.
Extravagant hairstyles, strange settings, lots of leather, inflatable dolls, a couple of references we could call "phallic", a pinch of S&M... yes, David LaChapelle pressed all the buttons on the board, and the final result attracts us more and more over time. Maybe it's our obsession with David and Gillian, or the simple desire to see the team restored, intact. Even if some episodes of the new seasons aren't entirely good, we need to see them together. Each one is half of an equation that finds balance only when they share the screen. Mulder and Scully are part of our lives, and of our fantasies too, something LaChapelle's work doesn't hide at all. Enough words. Enjoy.
