Today I'm having one of my favorite meals: Leftover Pie. It has everything we had left over from the past few days, chopped and mixed, compacted into a homemade crust for a real treat. I love it because it's familiar, but it never tastes exactly the same since the leftovers are never the same or in the same proportion. It's a surprise we know will be tasty. A bit like the Animated Dump of the Week, a NeoTeo section where you know what you'll find, but every week brings slightly different flavors. A familiar surprise, so to speak. And if you soundtrack it with the recommended tune, it's like adding a bit of MSG to the mix. Pure delight!
Today I'm extremely nostalgic, so I recommend an Argentine classic: Extraño ser by Suéter. Impossible not to love this music. Enjoy!
