Marvel is reaching the end of its cinematic universe, and the culmination will be Avengers: Infinity War, which will be split into two. The first part will premiere in April worldwide, and the final trailer has arrived.
The first teaser of Infinity War was unveiled back in November, showing the sheer scale of what's coming, with more than 20 superheroes on screen to defend Earth from the fearsome Thanos, father of Gamora and Nebula, who will try to get all the Infinity Stones and rule the universe.
The final trailer reveals more of the plot. It explains how Gamora becomes Thanos's daughter, exiled from her own planet, and shows a Thanos who, even without all the Infinity Stones, seems stronger than Captain America himself.
The Biggest Superhero Movie in History
We are facing the most massive superhero film ever made, with an extensive cast, incredible locations, spectacular effects, a top-tier soundtrack, and all the ingredients that have fed every installment in this Marvel franchise that began in 2008 with Iron Man. Marvel has done everything right for ten years with only one stumble (Thor: The Dark World). It created a universe that has been nurturing its most fearsome enemy film after film, generating great intrigue in every post-credits scene. Also, each superhero comes to this film with their own story, their own existential crisis, as with Steve Rogers or Tony Stark. The entire arc has been executed masterfully, giving depth to the characters and setting up an epic conclusion.

The chance to see Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, and the Guardians of the Galaxy on the big screen will be on April 27. For the second part, we just have to wait until next year, which will define the MCU and close the most successful era of Marvel in theaters.
