LumOffice is an employee tracking program that offers screenshots, URL monitoring, an hourly payment control system, and platform monitoring, among many other features. Setting up LumOffice

One of the most interesting features is the ability to monitor the number of hours worked by each employee. If your company uses an hourly payment system, this service lets you calculate the time worked.
